I’m Olena. I’ve been selling on Etsy since 2017, across four shops, with digital and physical editable stationery templates for holidays, parties, and special events.

Across those shops, I manage more than 14,000 listings. The repetitive part of that work — uploading photos one by one, putting them in the right order, editing descriptions, adding variations and personalization — took up the majority of my working time. Some updates meant changing an entire description across many listings; others meant editing just a few lines, or adding new variations to some listings but not others. I also had expired listings I wanted to bring back with updated data, and doing that manually, listing by listing, wasn’t realistic at that scale.

I already kept my product codes organized in Excel, so I built on that: a way to write updated data once in a spreadsheet and apply it directly to existing listings, or use it to prepare new ones from templates I’d already set up.

That became Golivo — change listing data and create new listings from your own templates, instead of repeating the same manual steps every time.
